Some services may be limited by geographical location and/or state or federal restrictions and not all searches are available in every state or county. The user of this information must meet the applicable Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Gramm-Leach Bliley Act laws. In some cases, a signed release may be required.

Additional costs will be incurred to obtain the court documents of the located criminal and civil cases per county. This search is by name, social security number, and drivers' license number and will require a signed release.
